Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Ellicott Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website, directory, and services provided by the Ellicott Elementary Parent Teacher Organization ("Ellicott PTO", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Authorized Eligibility
Access to protected member features, including the Student & Family Directory, is restricted to current parents, legal guardians, teachers, staff, and authorized volunteers affiliated with Ellicott Elementary School in Orchard Park, NY.
3. Acceptable Use of Directory & Website
The Student & Family Directory is provided solely for personal, non-commercial communication among Ellicott Elementary families and school activities.
Prohibited Actions Include:
- Using directory contact information for commercial solicitation, business marketing, political campaigning, or spamming.
- Scraping, harvesting, copying, or distributing directory data to unauthorized third parties.
- Sharing member login credentials with unauthorized individuals outside your household.
- Posting inappropriate, defamatory, or harmful content on any PTO platform.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your login. Please notify the PTO Executive Board immediately at president@ellicottpto.org if you suspect unauthorized account access.
5. PTO Contributions & Financial Transactions
Donations, membership dues, event tickets, and BBQ orders placed through our website or integrated partners (e.g., Zeffy, Givebutter) directly support Ellicott Elementary PTO programs, classroom grants, student activities, and school equipment. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated by the PTO Treasurer.
6. Intellectual Property & School Identity
All original content, graphics, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Ellicott Elementary PTO or used with permission from the Orchard Park Central School District.
7. Limitation of Liability
The website and directory are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Ellicott Elementary PTO and its volunteer board members shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or directory.
8. Modifications & Contact Information
